Occupational Therapy
Introduction
Founded in 2012, Baekseok University's Department of Occupational Therapy cultivates globally recognized occupational therapists who practice love and creative intelligence based on a Christian spirit. Since its initial accreditation in 2018, the department has received two consecutive accreditation awards from the World Federation of Occupational Therapy and the Korea Institute of Occupational Therapy Education and Evaluation, establishing a foundation for further study and employment both domestically and internationally. Furthermore, upon graduation, students obtain national certifications as an occupational therapist, an assistive technology specialist, a sensory development rehabilitation specialist, and a privately certified vocational competency evaluator, enabling them to pursue careers in a variety of specialized fields.
